1. What data does ZClipKeep process?
ZClipKeep may process content from your clipboard, including:

This content is processed solely to provide clipboard history functionality within the app.
2. Where is this data stored?
All content processed by ZClipKeep is stored exclusively on your device, if stored at all.
No data is transmitted to third parties.
3. No registration, no user accounts
ZClipKeep does not require registration.
No user accounts are created, and no login data is processed.
4. No cloud synchronization
ZClipKeep does not use cloud synchronization.
Clipboard content remains on your device and is not synced over the internet.
5. No data sharing with third parties
Data processed by ZClipKeep is not sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes.
6. No analytics or tracking
ZClipKeep does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising services.
No user profiles are created, and no behavior is analyzed for marketing purposes.
7. Accessibility permission
ZClipKeep may request macOS Accessibility permissions.
This permission is used solely to insert selected content into the currently active application.
ZClipKeep does not use this permission to access personal data, monitor activity, or transmit information to third parties.
8. Data retention
Clipboard content is stored only as long as required for the app’s functionality, or until it is replaced by newer entries or manually deleted.
9. Data security
Since ZClipKeep processes data locally on your device, data security also depends on your device’s protection.
We recommend using Apple’s built-in security features.
10. Your rights
If personal data is affected, you generally have rights under applicable data protection laws, including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and objection.
As ZClipKeep does not use centralized online data processing or user accounts, most data can only be managed or deleted directly on your device.
